HSBC Premier have been fantastic sorting out my imminent move from the UK to the UAE. The internet banking "Global View" system is very user-friendly and free transfers between your own international accounts is a real bonus.

I am looking at the BA Barclaycard (Mastercard) credit card in the UAE which offers 30,000 miles on activation and first flight plus 1 BA Mile per $1.5 spent (2 BA Miles per $1.5 spent at ba.com). I will ask for your collective wisdom a little nearer the time as to what to do with BA AMEX et al.
