Maui Wedding
Just had my Son's (March) wedding at Makena Cove, aka Secret Beach. This is a very popular site for weddings, it is a public beach, however, in an attempt to avoid the potential of multiple weddings, they chose to get married at Sunset on Monday, March 15. We were the only wedding on the beach! Marvelous pictures where you see clean sand before them and their two sets of footprints trailing behind. It IS Hawaii, you can get married any day of the week!
There are great planners on the Island. They have the best connections with Preachers, flowers, cakes, the best hair designers, makeup artist, etc. They usually arrange for all of this to be done in the Brides room. I have never seen my daughter in law look more beautiful. They released butterflies, again all arranged by the planner. Their budget was slim and we paid for their resort honeymoon and car rental at the Westin Ka'anapali (North) The Westin also does an amazing job putting together Weddings. We are owners and have actually seen their work, incredible.
I am more than willing to help you with other recommendations, We are going again in June.
Weddings are a Sacred Ceremony, you should punt as much off to others as you can so you can enjoy your time!
