I just signed up for several offers and this is what I saw under "My Offer Status"

6370 - Get 1,500 bonus points GOOD within 90 days
4019 - Earn 1,500 bonus points on your next stay EXPIRES 31 Dec 09
4157 - Get 1,500 bonus points or 500 miles GOOD within 90 days
6198 - Welcome back bonus DID NOT SHOW UP
6680 - Welcome back bonus NO DETAILS - GOOD within 90 days
2698 - Priority club bonus offer NO DETAILS - GOOD within 90 days

I signed up one offer at a time and checked my account after each attempt. The last two with "NO DETAILS" are listed with valid dates but don't have anything in the leftmost column.
