Ticket changed, the ICC accepted the short 55 minutes transit in Bangkok as was advertised on the TG and *Alliance website. (If I don't make the transit I assume I will be booked to the next flight so have some more time in the 1st lounge)
As per other posts, the agent did not know anything about the situation in Bangkok, supposedly asked a supervisor (I was put on hold for 30 seconds) and also no luck getting the change fee waived. PTS sorted this out quickly and the change fee will be refunded.
