Per the above article, it appears that the typo was on the arrival side of the equation... so 530a it is, but let's hope that SEA border patrol is open before that (because PEK-SEA has the potential to be a quick flight).

Also of note in the article, PEK-NRT is getting moved to 655/730a during days on which PEK-SEA operates. Personally, I don't buy the claim that connections had anything to do with this, since PEK-NRT already connected with almost(?) all of DL's NRT-USA flights.

In closing, I don't think this flight will last long since no intra-China connections are feasible and the US side simply replicates/supports existing service... too bad they didn't launch last year when same day turns were on offer.
