New shoulder straps for J pax?
Just got op-upped for TPE-HKG leg, and the aircraft is 747-400. The FAs walking around and strap people up by reminding them there's a shoulder strap. It's like the seat beat in the front seat of a car. Is CX slowly phasing in the shoulder straps??? Is this the "upgrade" that CX marketing is talking about?
