I suppose there's a bit more to see (in terms of famous churches and such) in SCL, but I much prefer EZE as a city. And there are great parks and a cemetery well-worth seeing (trust me). EZE is also much less expensive than SCL (think nearly NY prices for cabs and food in SCL).
