Unless you can get a good deal at Atlantis, you should stay at the Comfort Suites on Paradise Island. You'll get full access to the huge Atlantis area when you stay at Comfort, but you'll get a suite instead of a normal room (good for cooking breakfast and whatnot), and it'll be a good deal cheaper.
