Platinum Premier is a revenue (probably?) based level above platinum. Nobody knows the exact criteria, but it appears to involve nights over multiple years and possibly total revenue. It's acknowledged by Marriott as the top 3% of all platinums, but they don't say what criteria that 3% is based on. There are not really any additional published benefits (different phone number?), though some people feel like they get suite upgrades more often.

Probably Gold. They have a history of the soft landings (though not an official policy).

Officially, no. However, you'll find that many people report consistently earning six nights in that situation at the limited service properties (Fairfield, Courtyard, etc.). Expect to only earn two nights at a full service property in that situation.
