Tried to search for this topic, but nothing came up - thanks for the links.

Wow, I can't believe this issue has been going on for such a long time and has not been corrected yet!

Would I be safe booking LH-coded D-class flight operated by AC? Would that earn me the 2x miles as if it were a LH-metal flight?
