Back on topic, I booked a "Best available Rate inclusive of breakfast", no promo code of any sort.
You can ask for a take away; or you can make two reservations, first night best available w/breakfast and 2nd night best available w/o breakfast.
They aren't going to give you a credit for the difference b/c you are leaving before breakfast.
bdemaria is correct. You won't get any credit for breakfast on an inclusive rate. It is a lump sum whether or not you use all parts.
As several advised, break your stay into w/brekkie and the second w/o.
