Hmmm... must be new. My wife and I had two bottles of water purchased inside Schipol, which they sealed together in a clear plastic bag with some label, which we took from Schengen area to our gate for a flight to JFK. That was less than two weeks ago ( seems much longer, since I am back at work! )
