My take is that the airlines are in big financial trouble and they actually cannot afford to give up the cash...
We are all witness to a world economy in serious trouble...
Even the internal departments at KLM do not cooperate... The KLM reservation agent was more than happy to provide me with a proxy FB# in order to connect to the KL CC.
We are sinking into the muck...
