Few things have made me laugh so hard in recent times as one of the main points in the Metro ad today being that BA are horrendously out of order because they have ruined the holiday plans of BA staff and their families (I'm assuming through the cancellation of staff travel).

How do they not see the irony in that or expect this to gain them any public sympathy?!?
