I do not understand why you do not respond to my many emails and phone calls.

If you were unable to travel and would like to request a refund of your ticket costs, please use this form. KLM will provide a full refund for all unused and/or partly used tickets with a flight date from 15 to 23 April inclusive.
I have submitted a request for full refund for a trip that was to commence on Friday, April 23 2010

No portion of the flights were used and there was no rebooking,
However I only received a partial refund, 134.50 CHF instead of 596.50 CHF
Please correct this immediately.
