Both the unions and employers have to keep to the law, not just one side.
If BA don't follow the law, Unite will challange it in court, just as BA will challange Unite in court.
There is only one party at fault (if this decision is upheld on appeal) and that is Unite, that chose to be sloppy at the very least.
