Air Canada would like to invite you to join its AC Listens panel. You will be part of an important group of travellers who will help Air Canada improve its services and communications. We have contracted with the research firm Ipsos Reid to assist us in managing this project. We hope that you will consider becoming a member of the AC Listens panel and will take the time to fill out the short online questionnaire. Your participation in this survey is very important, as it forms the basis upon which we select panellists for future opinion research studies.

All information provided by Forum members will be kept strictly confidential and used only for legitimate research purposes. Air Canada will NOT have access to any personal information collected through the panel. Ipsos will maintain a separate database to ensure your confidentiality and will only provide Air Canada with aggregate results of any studies so that individuals and their responses can not be identified. Your email address will not be used by Ipsos for any other purposes than to invite you to conduct online surveys and send you periodic communications with survey results where possible.

Should you decide to join the AC Listens panel you will likely be involved in one or two short online studies per month. These studies could range from measuring your overall level of satisfaction with the service provided by Air Canada or asking your views about specific communications campaigns.

In appreciation for your time, should you decide to join the panel, we will enter your name in our sweepstakes draw for one Air Canada travel voucher worth $1000. As well, each survey you conduct online for the panel will have an incentive.
