bring your power strip and charge things while you sleep...these are only going to be 'banned' if they're found in your room while you're not there. It is not uncommon for the cabin stewards to unplug things you leave plugged in, even today.

I would be further ahead bringing my devices to the casino and asking to charge them there since I'm a guest of that portion of the ship more than I'm sleeping!
