I remember reading somewhere on FT that that connecting passengers are also prioritized when it comes to upgrades. I have no idea where this was mentioned, but I remember reading it somewhere at the AA form on FT. That poster said that connecting passengers are prioritized based on original flight time. Thus, someone who starts flying earlier in the day has higher priority. Is this true?
