I asls live in Washington and have used the AS BAF award a least a dozen times. Actually my preferred airport is YVR instead of SEA. Very calm and pleasant environment. The new lounge is also an improvement from the old. I have also used SFO, but 1st choice would be VYR.

On a slightly separate topic, I notice BA award availibilty is getting much thinner. Booked a CW award (for 2)for a friend in late Sept/Oct and had to resort to DFW. No West Coast availablity at all.
