The Hotel Felix was fine. Our experience pretty much mirrored what's been reported on Trip Advisor; if you have an inexpensive Priceline rate, then you get a very small one queen room. For one night that wasn't a problem for us. The furnishings were good and the bed comfortable. The bathroom has a shower, no tub. The TV is on the wall at right angles to the bed, not a good viewing position. Excellent lighting for reading at night. The elevators were quick, we seldom had to wait longer than a minute. I'd stay there again for a night or two for the right price.

We did have Italian food but not what we had originally planned. Our morning flight meant we had to get up much earlier than normal and neither of us slept very well the night before. On a short walk to the Walgreens two blocks south of the hotel I noticed a Barnelli's, a kind of food court restaurant and we ended up there because we were tired and it was close. The meal wasn't gourmet but it was tasty, filling and inexpensive and worked out OK for us.
