Noticed a review thread hadn't been started yet.

Not much to add over a normal Hyatt Place. Did a stay here over the weekend for $49 thanks to a BRG match from a few weeks ago. Lobby and rooms seemed exactly the same as previous HP hotel stays. Quick access off of Hwy 75 in North Dallas so that was good. Checked in late and no king beds were left so assigned a double. Check in staff seemed friendly enough and applied my Costco cert to the reservation at check-in.

Normally I see the HPs in Addison/Plano area much cheaper than this location. But this hotel had advertised a different price than Expedia for a few days in early May and worked for a BWB mattress run.
