Not meaning to give you a hard time, but one of my personal pet peeves are generalizations of people based on geography (or any other reason, for that matter).
I think it is definitely reasonable that an average/overall opinion of any given locale may be held by a group of members polled. While the average score on friendliness may not be spot on due to limited sample size, it may provide insight into any prevailing patterns of behavior observed at MSP. There are numerous threads on the pattern of behavior seen at JFK by FT members and at ATL and other airports. I don't see why MSP should be any different.
