+1, without question. The facilities are miserable, and the staff equally so. I too wonder why DL is putting so much emphasis on JFK when the experience there is terrible on all fronts.
Glad the OP had a good experience. I have found that the vast majority of both PMNW and PMDL folks are pretty good. Like everything in life, I think a lot depends on how you approach them.
