Never a problem there for me. I've always been warmly greeted there. The only times I had issues were prior to the res integration, where the agents there were on PARS and couldn't get into Deltamatic to help me out. They were more than willing to hold my bags behind the desk in the club and call the front desk to have a Deltamatic-trained agent meet me out front to get my ticket reissued immediately.
Everything else though (normal matters) and they have treated me just as well as any typical SkyClub, President's Club, Red Carpet Club, US Airways Club or Admiral's Club that I've been to.
