I'd agree with this. I found the staff in MKE to be good also. Bar none, the worst staff I found was constantly in JFK on both carriers.

I do not understand why DL continues to expand JFK flights when the DL departure areas are so third world and staffed by those with New York attitudes. Perhaps those from that area don't notice.
