Yes, you need to NOT use your "manage reservations" link - that will only show you coach seats (IIRC).

If you get "format exception" (like I just did in searching your flight), you'll have to call to find out whether or not any Biz class seats are left. FWIW, I have been successful in getting an upgrade after seeing "format exception"
