I can't see what is in it for WW to go to court. The damage has been done for the next week and if he succeeds with the injunction he will only delay the pain...
If he loses we are in the same position we were on friday morning. If he wins he has the chance to go for damages against Unite and threaten strikers with being sacked for the previous 2 strikes/tomorrow. Or he could use those threats to force a settlement.
