I can't help thinking that UNITE will be secretly pleased if they lose, even though it will make them look incompetent beyond belief ('to mess up one strike ballot is unfortunate, to mess up two ....'). BA has still suffered from lost bookings whilst cabin crew won't lose any pay or other privileges.
