My situation:

After months of "research" planning a trip to Athens from Seattle we want to fly BA First Class using AS miles.

Lately BA has limited its FC awards from Seattle (my home) to Tues and Wed departures. The same with the return. Since I would like to fly home direct I have tailored my itinerary to fly home from Athens on a Wed which means I need to depart for Athens on a Sunday.

The only FC award seats I have been finding on BA leaving on a Sunday depart from either YVR, SFO, or LAX. ( also IAH but that seems a bit far out of the way)

Again, my home is Seattle.... barring a miracle and something opens up from SEA on a Sun, which city would you choose to depart from instead? and why.
