Air Canada’s Customer Service Plan, 13 principles on which we base the service we provide our customers, is on its way to Customer Service employees at the workplace. Our Customer Service Plan tells customers what they can expect from Air Canada and Air Canada Regional Inc. - it explains what we do, why we do it, and provides a guide to gauge our level of service. The Customer Service Plan will be launched to the public May 7, and details will appear on our website at
