Just finished a 1 night award stay here using up my last FFN night from last year. This was our first stay here and we were very happy overall. We got a great room on the 18th floor with a shower stall and a really huge tub. The bed was excellent, the electric blinds were cool (although not very light proof), and the TV was a very nice size. The small TV in the bathroom was also a nice touch. Everything about the room looked brand new with no wear showing on anything as it was apparently very recently renovated.

I asked for the cheese plate and red wine instead of the 1000 points and it was well worth it. The wine was a Chilean Syrah and the plate had 4 different very good cheeses with some fancy crackers and red fruit preserves. The breakfast at Nomi was very good and the best part was our seating right in the front overhanging window section. I ordered the Nomi breakfast and my girlfriend ordered the lobster eggs benedict. All food charges were removed from my bill by checkout, but the tip was not (it was my only charge for the stay, so I had no problem with that). The only actual negative that I can think of was that we had a terrible view of a rooftop next door and a hot dog stand accross the street, but for a free room I won't complain at all.

Sorry I didn't take any photos as I didn't realize until checkout that all the rooms had just been renovated.
