I'm looking for an online application for the Citi AAdvantage "World Elite" Mastercard, or any Citi World Elite Mastercard for that matter, and I'm not finding any. Has Citibank discontinued offering it? Does anyone have any recent experience of it being offered only over the phone?

[I'm seeking it out because the World Elite Mastercard is currently offering some nice cruise shipboard credits ($250 per passenger, $500 per couple), and I have a drawerfull of Citi cards that I'd be happy to trade in for a benefit I might actually use....]
