If we are doing real security checks, it makes as much sense to check a dog, as anyone else. I think it's all stupid, of course. Also check out pregnant women to make sure it's not a bunch of C4 strapped to their tummy.
If the US ever had to have real security, ala Israel, many people wouldn't fly.
I for one have stopped flying because of the fake security. The stupidity of TSA and the cowardly politicans who support it are not good for an old man's blood pressure.
