On a mileage run (BA flyer seeking cheap BA 'tier' points), is it possible to do a quick turnaround in Montego Bay? Would 1 hr 10 mins be enough, or are lines often bad for immigration?

Also - if I was staying longer at the airport - I read online there's an AA lounge - what's it like?
