I love them and I have flown on them short flights BKK-SGN and long haul to BALI. YEs they are a budget carrier but you can pay to book a seat $7.00 usd.You get to board first and there is always plenty of room in the blocked off rows becasue no one wants to pay extra for a reserved seat.
