I still haven't received my friggin' anniversary kit yet. Renewal date was late Feb. I called, was told it takes 4 to 6 weeks. Fine. After 7 weeks, I called and they're sending replacements in another 4 to 6 weeks. Argh! And of course they explain it's not a new certificate, just a duplicate with same expiration. I better get it so I can use it or I'll be insisting on a new one with a new expiration date and/or contesting the annual fee.
First time in 5 years I haven't received it on this account.
I haven't gotten mine this year either. My anniversary was in February also and this is the first time I haven't gotten mine in many years. What is going on with them?
