If they take it too far, the lawsuit is a certainty. I cannot imagine even the current SCOTUS trashing the Fourth Amendment that much.

The first physical strip search is certain to bring on a lawsuit, judging from the very expensive lesson learned by the US Customs. It is too bad that we, the taxpayers, ended up footing the bill instead of the goons themselves.
