It did for me but I've seen in the thread that others had problems getting the $100 credit. I asked the CTS agent to list the $100 as an amenity in the comments section of the reservation saying that I always forget which amenity goes with which hotel and having it there reminds me.

I don't know if that mattered but I had no trouble getting the credit. Actually the Wynn checkin clerk mentioned it to me.
