Here's a suggestion for improvement on the boarding time printed on the boarding pass. Here's how it appears on the BP I printed at home yesterday for my flight departing today:
DEPARTS
245P
BRD TIME
0205
Please notice that the BRD TIME does not include AM or PM, as the DEPARTS time does. Also, please note that the BRD TIME includes a leading zero, where there is no leading zero on the DEPARTS time. Since part of the reasoning for implementing the BRD TIME field is to aid less frequent travelers, I would suggest that the time fields be formatted consistently - also as an aid for less frequent travelers. As for me, I prefer consistent formatting as an indication of the care I would take when implementing a new feature in my own product.
