Questions about service to LIR

So I normally fly UA but now that we're all good friends, and also since UA doesn't fly to LIR I booked my ticket on CO, paid F/J and had a couple questions.
  • How does CO do meals? On UA paid F is treated as 1K for meal priority, is this the same for CO? Or do they do it just front to back?
  • How are the meals/wines, in the UA board we have a giant thread with pics and descriptions of meals on most routes, I searched but couldn't find one here, is there an equivalent thread on the CO forum or are you guys far less obsessed with food and booze
  • Do flights to Latin America get treated like domestic F for meals/service or is it more of an international biz service?
  • I'm coming back from LIR on a Saturday afternoon (land IAH about 5:45PM) the agent told me Saturday at IAH customs is a disaster, how bad is it really? I kind of wanted to be on the earlier IAH-LAX flight but would only have 1:30 connection time and the agent said that would almost certainly not work.

thanks
