Yup, there it was - thanks. Log in to your credit account at citicards.com and then click the link to "View all offers" on the right side of the page, about 3/4 of the way down.

Somehow this is targeted. I have one remaining Citicard and my wife has 2. I found the offer under my card but only one of her 2 cards. We have separate Citi banking accounts. I currently have 2 Ultimate Savings accounts, and she has 1.

In the old days, I used to call and fund these accounts using our Citi credit cards. But I want very much to avoid cash advance fees.

1. Am I understanding correctly that there will now likely be a cash advance fee if I fund the account using a Citibank card?
2. Is it safe to fund using a Chase credit card? (again, I want to avoid fees and I don't want Chase to shut down any of my credit card accounts)
