Do people really listen to crew? Every flight I do it's the same now. The crew tell someone to take their headphones off for take-off etc and the person puts them straight back in as soon as the crew member is out of sight. On my last flight the lady next to me was asked to put her table up and stow her bag under her seat. She did it and as soon as the crew member walked off she grabbed her bag and put the table back down to finish her make-up. Best of all is those who haven't seen a text message for a few hours and switch their phones on as soon as the aircraft lands.

"Could you remove your headphones and put your chair upright, Sir?"
2 minutes later....headphones back in and chair back. And yes, that's me rolling my eyes as the person does it!

Maybe announce to people why they need to remove their headphones, put their chair up and stow their luggage!
