And this is where QF fails. QF CSDs only meet/greet QF Platinums and not all OneWorld Emeralds. CX and JL are very good at ensuring all Emeralds get the special welcome treatment. JL even managed it consistently on the very short SIN-KUL-SIN sectors when they still operated.
Yeah, although Qantas can't even get that part of service right for WPs... Or perhaps I'm just on a "no greet" list. CX's "service" culture vs the QF "laid back" culture are hugely different, and it shows.
