I've just returned on a MFU ticket, booked and paid WT+ upgraded to CW with miles but my exec account is showing no mileage or TP's awarded for this flight. Is this correct as I thought mileage and TP's were earned on the purchased class i.e. I should have been credited with WT+ TP's and WT+ mileage even though I travelled in CW

Better to ask here than hang on for ages trying to get hold of the EC!
