Swiss does too, and if you're travelling in F/J the cage goes under some economy class seat for take-ff

Interestingly they have a long section on their website which mentions that the UK is one of a handful of countries which does not allow animals to be taken into the cabin (except assistance dogs) or checked in as luggage but requires them to go as cargo.
