I'm not so sure I agree with this one. Not all million milers or people close to MM are ready to kick the bucket. My best friend is at .7MM and she is 25. I'm at .5 with DL and I'm 24. I'm not saying MMs should go ahead of DM. They shouldn't, but the MM program shouldn't be pushed aside either. MM programs encourage a long-term, steady flow of revenue. While this might not be valued as much as the here-and-now revenue a DM provides, it should not be totally overlooked.
