Booked Mrs. Karlitos' AP ticket in J months ago to Seville and my trip just got approved through work . Went to book myself on her itin and was not happy to hear that AP booked her in connections that my travel agency said were "not possible". I am told by AP that they would "not book an unacceptable connection" but I am fairly concerned that i) we may miss connections and ii) our luggage won't make it. AP tells me that luggage in YYZ will be checked through all the way to our final destination, SVQ. I also am not sure where we will need to clear customs. Any help or strategy would be most appreciated. It never occurred to me that AP would book something impossible .

I should also mention that while my wife's itin is all on 1 ticket, mine of course is on separate tickets with the 3 airlines involved. Our return itin is much simpler, all on LH.

Here's our outbound itin:

1. YYZ-ZRH (AC 878)

2. ZRH-BCN (connection time 1:40, LX1954).

3. BCN-SVQ (connection time 0:45, JK6606).

I am presently thinking that if her luggage is indeed checked all the way through that I am better off putting my bag with hers and if I need to clear customs and she doesn't then I won't have any luggage to retrieve/check.
