I need to reach the explat desk for a couple of reasons. The 800 number doesn't go through, neither does calling the ATT access number (per AA/ATT website instructions).

If I had an Explat desk number that didn't have an 800 prefix, I could direct dial it. Anyone have that and willing to share via PM? (I can send you the 800 # if you want confirmation that I already have the number).

I have a similar issue with needing to call the business award desk (800 433 1790, not accessible from outside the US).
