Aggressivity? *You* started a thread accusing Hertz of scamming you.. In fact calling it the usual scam. When people disagree with you and *explain* to you that Hertz is simply enforcing the contract, you call it "aggressive"?! That's quite interesting. And sad.

For the record, I am neither a Hertz shareholder nor employee and in fact don't really like them (or any car rental company I have tried). But I also strongly believe in people taking responsibility for their own actions (which includes accepting the consequences when they violate a contract).
